DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Add one cup of Kashish Pure Basmati rice to a bowl, cover it with water and soak for about 30 minutes. Step 2
Drain and rinse it with cold water till it is clear. Step 3
Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice in a cooking pan. Step 4
Bring it to the boil and simmer it for around 10-15 minutes. Remove the lid and leave it to stand for around 5 minutes. Step 5
Take a non-stick pan and put Kashish cooking oil in it. Step 6
Add the chopped vegetables i.e. garlic's, chillies, onions, carrot, beans, capsicum and peas and Saute well for about 2-3 minutes. Step 7
Add the cooked Kashish Basmati Rice and mix the ingredients well (gently as to not break the rice grains). Step 8
Add Salt, Pepper and Soya Sauce. Step 9
Cook it on high flame for about 2-3 minutes. Step 10
Then dish it up and serve nice and warm!
