Kheer / Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS
Sweetened condensed milk (x1 cup)
Cooked Kashish basmati rice (x 1/4 cup)
Milk (x1 glass)
Dry fruits (as per your taste)
Saffron (as per your taste)
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Take a non-stick pan and add milk, let it boil for 6-7 minutes.

Step 2

Now add Cooked Kashish basmati rice in the boiling milk and cook it for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3

Add sweet condensed milk and stir well.

Step 4

After a few minutes, add saffron and dry fruits. Mix it well.

Step 5

Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes

Step 6

Kheer is ready to serve. Serve the kheer hot!
