INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Fresh Mango Pulp
1 Cup Yogurt
2-3 tbsp Cold Milk
2 tsp Sugar(can be modified based on the sweetness of mango)
Nuts, Saffron(coarsely grounded)
1?4th tsp Cardamom Powder
DIRECTIONS

Step1

To a large bowl or cup, add 1 cup fresh mango pulp then blend in a blender to make it smooth.

Step2

To the same bowl, now add yogurt.

Step3

Now add cold milk (or water), sugar and cardamom powder.

Step4

Blend everything until well combined.

Step5

Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses and chill before serving. You may garnish with nuts and saffron strands before serving.
