Step 1 Take a large bowl and fill it with hot water and add Kashish Soya Chunks. Let it soak for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2 Drain excess water from soya chunks by squeezing them gently.
Step 3 Grind the Chunks into coarse chunks using mixer.
Step 4 In the coarse grinded chunks, add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Give it a good mix.
Step 5 Add garam masala powder, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste & all-purpose flour.
Step 6 Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 7 Now prepare desired size and shape of Kebabs, you can add more flour if it's not binding properly.
Step 8 Leave the Kebabs to set for about 10 minutes before frying.
Step 9 Finally, you can either deep fry or shallow fry them until it turns crispy golden brown.
Step 10 Serve them hot with your favorite sauce or dips!
