Soya Kebabs

INGREDIENTS
Kashish Soya Chunks (x 125g)
Kashish Turmeric powder (x 1/2 tsp)
Kashish Chilli powder (x 1/2 tsp)
Kashish Garam masala (x 1 tbsp)
Dry mango powder (x 1/2 tsp)
Half cup chopped onions (x 1/2 Cup)
Ginger-garlic and green chilli paste (x 1 tbsp)
All-purpose flour (x 4 tbsp)
Salt (as per taste)
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Take a large bowl and fill it with hot water and add Kashish Soya Chunks. Let it soak for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Drain excess water from soya chunks by squeezing them gently.

Step 3

Grind the Chunks into coarse chunks using mixer.

Step 4

In the coarse grinded chunks, add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Give it a good mix.

Step 5

Add garam masala powder, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste & all-purpose flour.

Step 6

Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 7

Now prepare desired size and shape of Kebabs, you can add more flour if it's not binding properly.

Step 8

Leave the Kebabs to set for about 10 minutes before frying.

Step 9

Finally, you can either deep fry or shallow fry them until it turns crispy golden brown.

Step 10

Serve them hot with your favorite sauce or dips!
