Paneer Makhani

INGREDIENTS
Chopped tomatoes
Onion 1/2 cup
3-Garlic
Ginger1/2 inch
Green Chilli (per taste)
15- Cashews
3- Cloves
3-Green Cardamom
1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tbsp Butter & 2-bay Leaf
1 tsp kashish red chilli powder
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup water.

Step 2

Now add 4 cup roughly chopped tomatoes,1/2 cup onion, 3-garlic,1/2 inch ginger, 2- green chilli, 15- cashews,3- cloves, 3-green cardamom,1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1/2 tbsp butter & 2-bay leaf. Mix well.

Step 3

Add 1 tsp kashish red chilli powder salt to taste.

Step 4

Let the mixture be cooked for about 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are cooked completely.

Step 5

Switch off the stove, keep the mixture to cool, remove whole spices & grind it into smooth paste.

Step 6

Heat a pan Add 2 tbsp of butter into the pan.

Step 7

Add finely chopped ginger & 2 green chilies sliced Sauté for about a minute

Step 8

Add Salt, Pepper and Soya Sauce.

Step 9

Add paneer cubes, add red chilli powder and sauté well Finally add tomato puree into the pan, mix well and let it for simmer for about 5 minutes

Step 10

Add 1 tbsp kasuri methi and mix well. Garnish it with Fresh coriander and cream and enjoy
