Mango Cream Cheese Tarts

INGREDIENTS
Kashish Kesar Mango Pulp (x 2 cups)
Oats Powder (x 1/2 cup)
Butter (x 100gm)
Sugar (x 2 tbsp)
Cream Cheese (x 2 tbsp)
Full Fat Milk (x 40 ml)
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl add 100 gm of melted butter,1 1/2 cup of oats powder and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Knead a dough.

Step 2

Take a small portion of dough into a tart mould, press against mini tart moulds to shape them.

Step 3

Bake the tarts in a preheated (for about 10 Minutes) oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl add 40g cream cheese.

Step 5

Whip the cream cheese.

Step 6

Now add 40 ml of full fat milk.

Step 7

Add 3/4 cup of Kashish Kesar Mango pulp.

Step 8

Finally Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and whip the batter until it becomes smooth.

Step 9

Let the mixture settle for about 10 minutes.

Step 10

Take baked tarts and fill it with mango cream cheese.

Step 11

Finally garnish tarts with your favourite fresh fruits toppings.
