Soya Veggie Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS
Kashish Basmati Rice-Rozana (x 1.5 cups)
Ghee/Oil (x 2 tbsp)
Chopped Veggies Carrots, Bell Peppers and Green Chillies
Soya Chunks
Spring Onions
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Take 1 & 1/2 cup of Kashish Basmati Rice-Rozana.

Step 2

Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a Pan.

Step 4

Boil approximately 1.5 litres of water.

Step 5

Add soaked rice into the pan.

Step 6

Boil the rice till it is 90% cooked.

Step 7

Switch off the stove , drain the excess water from rice and let it cool completely.

Step 8

Heat a wok.

Step 9

Add 2 TBSP Ghee/Oil into the wok.

Step 10

Add finely chopped Veggies carrots, Bell peppers and green chillies.

Step 11

Saute on high heat for about 4-5 minutes.

Step 12

Once the veggies are soft, add the fried Soya chunks.

Step 13

Mix everything together & saute for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 14

Add rice to the wok.

Step 15

Mix well.

Step 16

Now add salt to taste, crushed black pepper and garnish rice with fresh spring onions.
