Peri Peri Soya Chaap

INGREDIENTS
Kashish Soya Chaap- 1 can
Red Bell pepper- 1 large
Coriander leaves- handfuls
Garlic cloves- 3
Vinegar- 1 TBSP
Salt to taste
Dry red chillies - 3-4
Mustard oil- 2 TBSP
DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Take out the soya chaaps from can.

Step 2

Wash them thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Step 3

Boil the soya chaaps for 15 minutes & keep it aside.

Step 4

To prepare peri peri sauce, add red bell pepper, garlics, vinegar, coriander leaves, salt to taste, red dried chillies & 1-tsp mustard oil into grinding jar. Blend all together into a smooth paste

Step 5

Apply sauce on soya chaaps and marinate it for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

In a grilling pan add 1-tbsp mustard oil and heat it on high flame.

Step 7

Place the marinated soya chaaps and grill until golden brown & cooked well.

Step 8

Peri peri soya chaaps are ready, serve them with your favourite dip & salad.
