Step 1 :
1. Prepare the mascarpone base In a bowl, gently whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth. Avoid over-whisking to maintain its creamy texture.

2. Add flavouring Add mango pulp, vanilla essence, icing sugar, and lemon juice. Mix lightly until just combined.

3. Whip the cream In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.

4. Combine mixtures Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango-mascarpone mixture. Fold slowly to keep the mixture light and airy.

5. Chill Refrigerate the filling for at least 30 minutes to set slightly.

6. Assemble the tartlets Fill pastry tart shells with the prepared cream. Top with fresh berries.
