  • Step 1 :

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, and sliced onions.
  • Step 2 :

    Sauté till soft, then add turmeric, salt, and mashed boiled potatoes. Mix and keep aside.
  • Step 3 :

    Heat a flat tawa and lightly grease it.
  • Step 4 :

    Pour a ladle of Kashish dosa batter and spread it thin in a circle.
  • Step 5 :

    Drizzle a little oil/ghee and cook till golden and crisp.
  • Step 6 :

    Place the potato masala in the center. Fold the dosa and serve hot.
