  • Step 1 :

    Take 2 cups of Kashish Full Cream Yoghurt and add 1 cup of condensed milk to it,
  • Step 2 :

    Whisk these 2 ingredients lightly. Soak the saffron strings to milk for 5 mins.
  • Step 3 :

    Now add the saffron milk to yoghurt mixture and give them all a final whisk.
  • Step 4 :

    This process involves steaming+baking. So take a baking tray and add water to it. Now put the mould filled with yoghurt to it.
  • Step 5 :

    Put that in the oven for 15 mins to bake.
  • Step 6 :

    Take it out from oven and enjoy hot by garnishing it with pistachios or put it in the fridge and eat it chilled.
