  • Step 1 :

    Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 20cm baking dish with baking paper.
  • Step 2 :

    In a large bowl combine all ingredients except blueberries and mix well.
  • Step 3 :

    Add the blueberries (still frozen) and mix lightly.
  • Step 4 :

    Pour into prepared pan and bake 20-30 minutes unitil lightly brown on top and cooked through.
  • Step 5 :

    Remove from oven and cool slightly in baking dish. Remove bars from dish and allow to cool completely before slicing into thick bars.
  • Step 6 :

    Optional drizzle: place blueberries in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave 1 minute.
  • Step 7 :

    Squish with a fork to release juice. Stir 2 tablespoons of the juice with the lemon juice and icing sugar then drizzle over each bar.
