  • Step 1 :

    Place the wheat crisp in a glass or bowl and pour a little milk over it to soften slightly.
  • Step 2 :

    In a separate bowl, mix the whey protein with Kashish Low Fat Yoghurt until it forms a smooth, thick and creamy paste.
  • Step 3 :

    Layer some plain yoghurt over the soaked wheat crisp, then add the chopped bananas on top.
  • Step 4 :

    Spread the whey protein yoghurt mixture as the next layer.
  • Step 5 :

    Put that in the oven for 15 mins to bake.
  • Step 6 :

    Finish with dried berry mix and a drizzle of honey. Chill if preferred and enjoy as a delicious morning breakfast!
