Real reactions. Honest ratings. 👀🍛🔥

The best part of this food tasting? Meeting you all in person! ❤️

Some dishes received a big 10/10 🙌, some sparked different opinions, and not every dish was everyone’s favourite. And honestly? That’s what made it so much fun!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried the dishes, gave a thumbs-up (or an honest rating ), and shared their thoughts. Meeting you all made this experience extra special!

Now it’s your turn! 👇 Which would you try first Vegetable Biryani 🍚 or Chana Masala & Garlic Naan 🫓?

Some cravings just take you straight back home. ❤️🇮🇳

With the festive season here, nothing hits quite like a plate of homemade chicken biryani; fragrant basmati rice, tender chana masala, fresh crushed pcikle, and that soft cotton like naan. 🤌✨

The secret to this one? A little help from Kashish and Shan, from the biryani masala to the basmati rice and Frozen Naan. Because sometimes, bringing the taste of home to your kitchen is all you need. 🥹❤️

And honestly, that first bite said it all! 😍

✨ Navratri Special: Creamy Sooji Sheera ✨

This Navratri, welcome Maa Durga with a warm bowl of homemade Sooji Sheera — with a little Kashish twist! 🪔❤️

Made extra creamy and delicious with Kashish Full Cream Milk Powder, naturally sweetened with Kashish Punjabi Chakkar (Jaggery) and finished with a generous drizzle of Kashish Ghee. Perfect as Prasad or a festive dessert to share with family and friends. 🙏✨

🥣 Ingredients

• 1 cup Sooji (Semolina)
• 2 tbsp Kashish Ghee + 1 tbsp for finishing
• 2 tbsp Kashish Full Cream Milk Powder
• 2 cups warm water
• 3 tsp Kashish Punjabi Chakkar (Jaggery), or to taste
• A pinch of Cardamom Powder
• Almonds, for garnish
• Dried rose petals, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Method
Heat 2 tbsp Kashish Ghee in a pan.
Add 1 cup sooji and roast on low heat, stirring continuously until fragrant and lightly golden.
Add 2 tbsp Kashish Full Cream Milk Powder and mix well.
Slowly add 2 cups of warm water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook on low heat until the sooji absorbs the water and the sheera becomes soft and creamy.
Add 3 tsp Kashish Punjabi Chakkar (Jaggery) and mix until completely dissolved.
Add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with chopped almonds and dried rose petals.
Finish with 1 tbsp Kashish Ghee for that rich, delicious touch.

A proud moment for Kashish Ingredients. 🇳🇿✨

It was a privilege to work alongside Executive Chef Jinu Abraham and the team at Cordis, Auckland for the prestigious Kiwi Indian Hall of Fame Awards 2026.

Our ingredients were used across the kitchen to help create dishes served to an incredible gathering of guests, including the President of New Zealand and many distinguished guests from across the community.

For us, this was more than just another event. It was a meaningful opportunity to see Kashish Ingredients trusted in a leading commercial kitchen for an occasion of this scale.

In this video, Chef Jinu shares more about the event, the ingredients used, and his experience working with Kashish Ingredients.

A big thank you to Chef Jinu and the entire Cordis team for trusting us and giving Kashish Ingredients the opportunity to be part of such a memorable evening. 🤝

It was truly an honour for Kashish Ingredients, in partnership with Cordis, to be part of such a prestigious evening. Over the past few weeks, our team poured immense time, thought, and passion into designing and curating a menu that would do justice to the occasion.

On this fine night of glitter and glamour, surrounded by elegance at every corner, we had the privilege of serving the President of India along with other esteemed and reputed guests. Every dish on the menu was crafted using 100% pure Kashish products — a true reflection of our commitment to quality, authenticity, and excellence.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Grateful, humbled, and proud to have been part of a night that will always hold a special place in our journey. ✨🇮🇳
